BookArt  Session (book-making workshop), by visual artist Irena Frantal, who holds a master’s degree in book art from the University of the Arts in London, will take place on 1. 2. 2014. (from 10: 30-17: 30 with a break) at the Institute for Contemporary Art, Šenoina 11, Zagreb.

It is intended for anyone interested in expressing themselves through the form of a book.

After introducing the definitions of the artist’s book, the focus will be on practical work, on the basics of book making.

From the simplest binding to the effective Coptic binding. Students of art, design, art history are invited to the workshop, as well as anyone interested in this form of visual expression.
