Artist’s book Censorship of happiness: (NE)DJELA was initially created on the basis of video work from 2012-2013, the year in which censored contemporary artists of the Zagreb art scene speak of happiness in artistic creation.

The book was created as a continuation of the project and it contains drawings of the soundtrack (modeled the way of recording sound on film), and subtitles of the transcript accompanied with drawings of a soundtrack.

Introduction to the drawings is made by excerpts from texts by Branka Benčić and Vanja Babić that accompanied the exhibition held in 2013 at the Gallery of Matica Hrvatska.

The book will be presented by Tea Hatadi and Vanja Babić

Artist’s book was realized with the support of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the City of Zagreb.
