The winners of the Radoslav Putar Award (Lana Stojićević 2021 and Glorija Lizde 2022) receive a two-month stay in New York (Residency Unlimited), production of new work in collaboration with Gallery S from Koprivnica, a place on the Award jury, and a solo exhibition at the Institute for Contemporary art with which they present their experiences gained in the process of participating in the Radoslav Putar Award (founded in 2002).

The exhibition of the finalists of the Radoslav Putar Award has been held since 2020 in cooperation with HULU-Split, in Salon Galić. As the COVID19 crisis began that year, the schedule of departures to the USA underwent numerous shifts and changes. In this year, 2023, two Award winners stayed at Residency Unlimited, so their exhibitions are held simultaneously in Zagreb, and they are accompanied by the text of one of the members of the jury chosen by public invitation for curators up to 40 years of age, Petra Šarin.

The exhibited works refer directly to the experiences gained in New York.
